Floriade, Australia’s biggest celebration of spring sees one million flowers bloom into brilliant flower displays from Saturday 16 September until Sunday 15 October 2017.
This year, Floriade celebrates its 30th birthday, with the theme of ‘rejuvenation’. Complete with warmer weather, spring brings renewal, revival, growth and change. Taking a good look inward, outward and upward, Floriade welcomes a reinvigoration and transformation of flowers, gardens, health and wellbeing.
This year they’ve made some exciting changes. You can enjoy even more flowers, enhanced food and beverage options including local produce and craft beer, extended opening hours into the twilight, two weekends of illuminated brilliance at NightFest, stunning sculptures as well as more than 100 performances, demonstrations and workshops.
